We come to the 50th presentation in this year of preparation. And 50 is a classic jubilee. It's a jubilee of seven times 749. Plus it's harvesting day. So a jubilee is a harvest harvest day. And these are classic time forms that go back. It's difficult to tell exactly when the shift came. But time forms like jubilees based on weeks, is a cultivated way of reckoning time. The ancient Paleolithic reckoning of time was always by the moon. And as cultures matured and came into possession of a little bit of Neolithic capacity, the sun became of great interest. But before then it was the moon, but also the moon among the stars. But the constellation of stars goes back just to the urban beginnings of civilization. The ability to see constellations in the night sky, especially before urban light disrupted most of the night sky was so heavily spangled it was difficult to see patterns except, of course, like bright objects like Venus or Jupiter. The moon, of course. And then the sun. But qualities of time forms in civilization became acclimated to a clustering of patterns within a calibration of counting. That was able to be expressed then in an appreciation for the time. That life was going on. And this idea of a week of four weeks making a 28 day lunar cycle where the dark of the moon is actually a beginning and the 28 days and then they're coming to be the repetition of that cycle. All of this led to an early mythology when written language in civilization became the expressive, chosen vehicle for growth, for sophistication. And so the Egyptian ascription to source who invented writing was a lunar god, about 3000 B.C., at least according to the development of hieroglyphs. And it's beginning. Just the same way about 2350 B.C., when discursive language became capable of being quite refined in nanas. Myths of Inanna is of the moon goddess and her ability to use writing to increase the way in which the organization of human constructs was enlarged, namely the 42 temple hymns. That took the urban religious centers, each with their own ritual comportment towards the gods, towards mythology, and was able to knit them into a constellation, a constellation of 42 temples and about 30 different Sumerian city regions. And this was the beginning as a reference wave of what came about 2000 B.C., as we've talked about many, many times. And that is the beginning of a trusting that some persons have an expanded vision of the future, that they not only keep track of what time it is, what week it is, what months, what year, but that the pattern then extends and it extends itself through an invisible dimension of vision so that the future it has to do over the last 4000 years, at least with the ability to use presence as the source of time. So that time, whatever forms it takes, whatever cycles it has, whatever patterns it has, it is a visionary source in vision and vision, able only to those who are tuned to access to its presence. So that when your computing time in cultures, it's largely by the annual seasonal cycle, it's by the lunar sub cycles, it is then by the planting, the hunting cycles, all of this becomes subject to a future fifth dimension of visioning, which those who are able to access it are then utilizing it as a creative imagining for how to arrange time. And for the last 4000 years at least, it's become increasingly energetic to refashion our species and we live in a cusp where this ability to envision the future as especially over the last 300, 350 years, received a new reference wave, a new ability to understand that a coming change of time. Is going to revolutionize. The world. Not just ourselves. Not just where we are, what we're doing, but increasingly that it's going to spread not only to the world, but to the species. One of the qualities of a monumental shift in time from, say, 4000 years ago is a pair of developments, almost like a calipers in civilization. With the ability to have a pivotal center that is new to a new time form coming is the development 4000 years ago by a visionary named Abraham Abraham at first and then Abraham after he constantly consolidated the vision. Coming true was the vision of a promised land that somewhere else from where his family had always been, even somewhere else, to where they had just recently in the very generation in which he was a boy and survived, had moved. The family originally had come from her and southern Mesopotamia in ancient Sumeria, in the Akkadian empire, the very city in which in Nona was the goddess in the central, not just the central temple of her, but the central quality since natuna of being the pivot for the entire constellation of all of the 30 cities of Sumeria, going back thousands of years, by that time coming into a new pattern which was spread out so that it was almost impossible to imagine the spatial scalar that developed under Sargon of. Instead of being concerned with the two rivers, the Euphrates and the Tigris and the fertile lands in between. All of a sudden in that generation of Sargon and his daughter. Or became a pivot that was more important even than God. Our God has never been found, but was on the Euphrates River. And for Abraham having been born in or he inherited through his father terah the ability to understand moon cycles the lunar god because his father terah made images of of the moon God that was his business, and had moved the family from her to Haran, which was hundreds of miles to the north, because it now had access to something that was a major. Series of trade routes that no longer ran through the South. The Sumerian origins where UR was still important, but it was the great trade route that Sargon of Akkad had established. Going from the Mediterranean coast and even out into the Mediterranean to the Isle of Cyprus and stretching all the way to the Indus River Valley in India. And so everything from Cypress to the Indus was on a very large caravan trade route. That was now by this time, some 350 years later, incorporated into a very wide new future possibility scaler. How much further could you go east? How much further could you go west? If you went west, you had not a river to follow, but the Mediterranean Sea and indeed the coast, the Akkadian coast of the Mediterranean. What is today? Lebanon and Syria? Became the nexus for the great transform of language within the lifetime of Abraham that it developed an alphabetical language writing. And so the facility to take a new constellation of expressiveness, not just for the starry expanse and not just for the city expanses and the regional expanses, but the very communication of language now took a huge jump in capacity, and the expressiveness opened the access to a visionary field that was almost unsuspected, except by just a few. Abraham was born about 2000 B.C., but had the vision of the Promised Land when he was 75, which makes it about 1925 B.C., when he achieved moving himself, his flocks, his family, his nephew lot and his family and so forth en masse, and not only going to make contact with the by then it was a Phoenician coast from Canaan in terms of its mythological religious comportment. But further south, because Egypt had come into a huge interplay in that area long before, so that the East coast of the Mediterranean extended in a southerly hook that eventually became Egypt. And so you had the interface of a very broad ancient Sumerian nexus transformed by the accordion scaler, opening it up from the Indus to Cyprus out into the Mediterranean for the first time. And here, Egypt that had united the Nile River valley was beckoning to the new promised land, was not there on that coast, but was further south and not only further south, but was off the coast, inland to a great ridge. And this great ridge had a natural trade route area of crossing from the coast, inland and on to further. Arabian Shores. And that site was Hebron. And so Abraham used Hebron as the pivot of the new promised land. So that the caliper of the range then began to include Egypt because it was a source of new wealth, of new vision, qualities, of tremendous jump in the capacity for a promised land to have a huge potential. Now, because it had great funding and all of this was due to Egypt. The vision was ancient Sumerian, Akkadian, North Semitic. Transform the first time by the realization that one had no a written language to express it. And then the new second transform of Egypt coming into play. And so for the first time, with Abraham now having a promised land pivot at Hebron, he purchased because he had the money. A plot of land. And the reason for purchasing it. He was going to be gifted it by several large warlords of the time. And he said, No, I'm buying it. I'm buying it as a place of founding this family, my descendants, this patriarchy. And I want it for a burial place. And the place is called the Cave of Mock Pila, which included in the surrounding lands a very large ancient oak. And that site was called Mammary Mam. And the oaks of mammary were an ancient going back into almost early Neolithic, even almost Paleolithic times that this was like a sacred oak, along with the cave of Mark Pillar, that region. And this was the new pivot by which a visionary future was going to unfold, given the sense that one could keep track of the generations and that keeping track of the generations from Abraham. Was recounted at the beginning of the New Testament in the first Gospel in Matthew. Right at the beginning. These are the generations of Jesus. Son of David. Son of Abraham. What's included there is that after Hebron, about 1000 years later, a thousand years after a carrier way vision came the millennium, the millennial vision, which was centered in Jerusalem, a little bit higher than Hebron right at the end of the High Ridge land, and was able there to look not only out towards the Mediterranean, but to look towards the Dead Sea. Not so much the Dead Sea, just the Dead Sea, but to the River Jordan that came down from a very far north mountain called Mount Hermon. And Mount Hermon was the pivotal peak where all the different trade routes crisscrossing came within proximity, so that on one far side of the Mount Hebron, massive area was a place called Damascus. And on the other almost equally from that on the Mediterranean was Tyre Tyree. And so you had not only land trade routes of enormous connections even further as far as one could think and further into the future, but also to the shipping on the Mediterranean, which by King David's time, 1000 B.C., when he was mature, in fact, he was old by that time the Phoenicians had founded not only cities like Carthage. But they were moving towards Marseilles that eventually was founded about a few hundred years later. You had the reach of trade routes. Now that we're beginning to explore the Atlantic Ocean and beginning to explore the north from India, which goes into Central Asia, and so you began to have an enormous visionary scope to written language civilization that by the time of King David and the millennial vision, the Jerusalem pivot, now taking the heritage not just to Hebron as the place of a patriarchy, but Jerusalem as being the base of a new world Vision. And contemporaneous with King David written language achieved in a pair of languages, a very high, refined sophistication. The two languages are cognate because both of them are descended from the Acadian roots of written language, so that the written languages of Hebrew and of Greek by 1000 B.C. had become quite sophisticated. And the easy way to recognize this and prepare to realize it. In Greek, the written language is Homer. In Hebrew. The written language or the Psalms of David King David himself, so that the Homeric epics and the Psalms of David are contemporaneous. But they are not carrier wav, they are millennial, so that the millennia has a quality where it has a very interesting quality of seeing that the millennia is an apocalyptic watershed in time. This is the apocalypse of 1000. But that there had been a preparatory apocalypse before then. That was 3000 B.C. the beginnings of a written language where the glyphs like the Egyptian petroglyphs, hieroglyphs. Where the Glivec. Cognisance of a written language was able to express and expand the field of access to vision and to bring into play than prismatic persons who developed something quite beyond ritual. Just like ritual had always emerged out of nature. What emerged out of vision was art, and by the time of David's psalms and Homer's epics and hymns. Written language in Hebrew and in Greek. Was sophisticated enough to give a completely wide open. Prismatic art that opened up for the first time in a very real way, a sense that there is now not only a field of vision. With the access through art. But there is a whole complex flow that is going on. That is a flow within the field of vision, like rivers are a flow within the field of nature. And that that invisible flow are the currents of history. And that time forms now are seen as being enormously dynamic, especially for civilization, civilizations, especially for their future. So that millennia became the sine qua non of apocalyptic future based on the ability to redo the past. Suddenly behold, I come quickly. That millennium of 1000 B.C.. Which had echoed even then. They understood it echoed something about 3000 B.C. and after another 2000 years, the millennial apocalyptic redoing. At 1008, RD now had the energy of at least two previous apocalyptic millennia and about 1000 A.D., just as it was dawning. The big news and conversation all the time everywhere. And the West now become a Europe was to undergo a crusade to take back the original land. The original pivots of Jerusalem. Especially of that previous Davidic millennial apocalyptic change in history that western Homeric crusade. Was irresistible. Just as the Saladin quality of Arabic sophistication looked upon the primitive Western crusaders. As being almost barbaric. Compared to themselves, to their sophistication. It was not by that time a jihadist. Islam. It was the Islam of popularly the Arabian Nights. Scheherazade and Diana had become Scheherazade, but also in the sophistication of the science, of the history of the vision of the art. In that Baghdad of her own Al-Rashid, that Islamic visionary group was called the Equine Al Safir, the Brethren of Purity. And they were the cream, not the creme de la creme of millennial thought so much, but of bringing the whole amperage and energy of the carrier wave from 1000 years before, not just 2000 years before, from an old millennium, but that carry your wave, just 1000 years before had now fulfilled itself. Not back there for those, but here for us. And when? After we come back from a break, we'll see. That that set up a pattern. That one looks to make a millennium out of a carrier way. Was the beginning of a massive confusion in civilization, which in the time of our carrier wave has proved regressive almost to the point of being catastrophic. Because a millennium has its own kind of reference wave, its own kind of expectation for our future. And it's confidence that somehow this is inevitable. Let's take a break. Let's come back. Let's come back to. Writing, being able to. Help learning not just to communicate as written language, but a written language that can be read and can also be initially read by hearing. So that speech in a very civilized way. Does an end run around the necessity to have symbols that hold the meaning into written patterns by reading the writing out loud? It goes back to the ear, and the ear is the tuning of me source of the mythic quality of communication which has threads. And those threads are curable, but they're not seeable very easily so that our presentation notes are always written and meant to be read, but can occasionally for learning, be read out loud, in which case the dimension that is tapped sidesteps symbols and goes directly to the mythic horizon of speech. In the ancient India tradition that we were talking about last presentation, last Saturday morning presentation 49, the seventh Sabbaths of that set, we're at the Jubilee harvesting, so let's harvest. In the early Upanishad. That chandelier Upanishad somewhere close to 700 B.C.. Eventually, the centre is given in stages and steps and the very center of man is speech. And the very center of speech is the. Vowel sequence own. Owen called in the punished the editor the way in which one goes to the center of the center of the center and is able to see. We call it a targeting. Getting down to the bull's eye, where one is able to basically look into the bull's eye, to see, to read, to understand what the next movement is going to be. And how do you think a toreador is able to move out of the way? Because it will show up in the eye first before there's a movement, before there's an action. And if you move spontaneously with how the bull's eye looks, a good toreador will never be gored. But the origin of that goes back thousands of years before then. Back before classical Greece, back before Mycenaean. Origins of classical Greece. Back to when the Minoan civilization on Crete. In the Narcisse Royal Palace. You see the spry, athletic body shaped young men who face the large bulls and are able acrobatically to grab the horns as they're being charged and to pirouette over the balls and show the way in which their spontaneous athleticism and refinement that they are able to face the bullish nature of lurking in civilization, death and injury and maiming because they are able to face this and to athletically courageous deal with it on a regular basis. Toreador is at the high point of Narcisse was about 1600 B.C. in the John Dodge Upanishad. The quality is that of on so every Upanishad after that began with OM and some couple of hundred years later when the historical Buddha did a transform of that sophistication, every sutra of the Buddha begins with thus have I heard because the sutra is in Sanskrit Sutra means thread. The thread is being able to hear it. 500 years later, the double transform of Jesus. Those who have ears to hear, let them hear. The ability of speech to be not just a poetic not just poetry, but to be a prose in a poetic mythos can be lifted off the page. This is presentation note for 50.1 Today, a millennial reference wave prepares the operating base for an apocalyptic, integral only millennium, and a sonic reference wave prepares the operating basis for an iron differential and kaleidoscopic carrier wave. These are a different pair of time forms of civilization. Their sequence is healthy, the polarity chaotic. In other words, when the flow on a thread or as a current or spontaneously as a an unbroken field of vision, civilization begins to not only have health in that the energy of time is able to flow freely. And it's like the human body being tuned in its cycle so that the key, the key flows healthily through the entire system without impediment. Wherever there is an impediment, that flow is interrupted and thus is born acupuncture or its hand version acupressure, to put those needles into the very precise location on that thread, on that current, on that chee flow there. And if you look even with an electron microscope, you don't find anything there. There's no point there. But needle or the pressure goes exactly to where that particular node has its relaying current its energy. And that energy is essentially an energy of a momentum in life. But of time in civilization, E does equal C squared in the universe. But in vision, which is infinite, an infinite field. It occurs not where it is, but it occurs spontaneously in the emerging. So that if you do not know how the flow patterns you look to meet a point and there's no point there. And so the quality of a high dharma is that one understands the time, energy form of the pattern of flow. And if you confuse a millennium with a carrier wave. You invoke without knowing it the reference wave of the millennium and not the reference wave of the carrier wave. And so you get a massive regression, which is not only not noticeable, but has all of the pent up ferocity of a too long ignored inevitability that lunges for almost vengeance play to reclaim its power, its control. In Islam. The millennial reference wave is the jihad under Omar. Very soon after the beautiful expression of Mohammed in the Koran. Within ten years of him, they had conquered all of Egypt, they had conquered Alexandria and went on to conquer and conquer and conquer. Unbeatable because of the pent up ferocity. There's a jihad now to establish a caliphate. The first caliph was Omar, not Muhammad. Islam is expressed beautifully in the Koran. That's expressed by the conquering victorious scimitar off with their heads by Jihad. But the millennial. Within Islam. Is that of Scheherazade and the Arabian Nights. Of the equine Al Safir and the brethren of Purity who understood that that previous carrier wave now has a millennium that is proper to it. And so the reference there for Haroon al Rashid. For the gorgeous woman whose life is going to be ended at dawn for 1001 nights. Keeps track with her sister, Dina Assad, of entertaining that caliph so that he becomes hearing finally, after 1001 nights, he becomes civilized and understands the story. Teller is not for manipulation, for sex, but for participation in love and life. This is a totally different orientation. The outcome is that from that particular Millennial Arabian Nights, the next reference wave is not about jihad. It's about building the Taj Mahal. And instead of conquering by the scimitar and lopping off heads for the unbelievers, the expressiveness is there. The Taj Mahal was built as a commemorative act of love and devotion. For Shah Jahan, who ruled India. For his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, whose portrait shows her to be very much a Scheherazade. Lovely. She gave him 14 children. The whole quality that we talked about last week. Is that the Taj Mahal is a perfect balance of all of the symmetries, not only in architecture, but also in acoustics. There was a famous jazz horn player, trumpet Paul Horn by name, who snuck into the Taj Mahal very, very late one night with a friend who recorded him playing his flute in the vacated Taj Mahal. So there were no echoes. There was only the sound of his flute. And the notes were liquid, suspended in the air, suspended in the Taj Mahal, as if it were like being in orbit. Suspended without gravity. Floating liquid, pure, clear in mid-air. Inhabiting the very source out of which space itself comes out of which time. As a dynamic comes. Being sounds. One could hear into eternity because the Taj Mahal was built that way, that sophisticated. We live in a carrier wave where the regression goes back so that our reference wave of the Taj Mahal, of the Principia of Sir Isaac Newton, which is contemporaneous with it, of the calculus of live nets and as philosophic vision. Are not even saying, Oh, they're too complex or Oh, that was way back then. Oh, it's a tourist trap. Et cetera, etc.. So by default, the carrier wave slips into the forced guise of a millennium. Needing its reference wave with all of its apocalyptic energy and certainty and integral only madness. The Bridge on the River Kwai Story Red Planet Wide. What have I done? You've not learned. To be real. More next week.
