The Future and The New Past Presentation 36 of 52 Presentation 36 Presented by Roger Weir Saturday, September 5, 2015 Transcript: We've been pursuing during this year, a yearlong investigation and inquiry. And the theme is The Future and The New Past. And the pivot of that is that the stylization of the past and of the future are accidents in several senses of the word of positing the existential reality of a present moment. That this present moment now, anything before that is fading, fading into the past. And anything coming up from that is coming as the future. And so, the emphasis is that if you control now, you're in the grand arbiter position of stylizing how the past patterns and directing how the future will unfold from this present. If you recalibrate the present moment to presence, which is a spiritual quality, a holy quality. The past as the past becomes not credible unless confirmed by multiple inquiries over time. And that the future is a continuity with this new past because the presence does not divide into dualities. It distributes freely and perfectly along the entire scalar of time. Because the source of time itself is an eternal undifferentiated sourcing. It's a field of reality. During this year we have come to understand that there are certain increments that happen the closer that you get to a major change of time form and that there are several kinds of time form. And the most powerful is that of a carrier wave. And going along with the physics of waves, the carrier wave will have a reference wave to give you the calibration. And that reference wave will not only be for the carrier wave but will be for the midpoint or the pivotal balance in the whole duration between carrier waves. And since the carrier waves are every 2000 years, the pivot will be 1000 years of any carrier wave time form. And for us, that millennium was the year 1000 A.D. And the previous carrier wave and its previous, previous carrier way, the median of that will be 1000 B.C. So that the whole calibration of time, largely in a civilization in which there are several time calibrations, this is the master one. And so, the pivot of those two millennia will be a 0 B.C., at the same time being a 1 A.D. And recognizing, not cognizing but recognizing, that the carrier wave previous to ours is both a 0 B.C. and a 1 A.D. and with that binary of 0 and 1, we have come to have a very advanced understanding of digitalization of language, finally, as our carrier wave has come to its appearance. And that the key to it is that its reference wave, the carrier waves reference wave, is definitely 1650 A.D. with the birth and beginning education of the two inventors of calculus. Isaac Newton and G.W. Leibniz. So, that the beginning of the maximization of language for its really deep and high capacity to present meaning comes to a fruition in our time. And the development of computers using a digital language has come to be the dominant form worldwide, in fact planet wide, to be able to begin to masterfully explore the universe. In those time segments leading up to our own carry a wave, ostensibly 2000 A.D. A deep refinement makes it actually 1991. But for instance, proverbially 2000 A.D. will do. One of the most important of all of the development times as we have seen begins to have 15-year increments that begin to accumulate and stack up. And one of the most interesting and severe of them is between 1937 and 15 years later, which is around 1952. And in that time period we had the development of the atomic bomb. We had World War Two. We had the beginnings of the Korean War. We had the development of the Soviet Empire being worldwide. Of the American empire, being worldwide, etc. And the beginnings of space travel. All in that time period. In the development one of the early triggers is just two years after 1937, and that's 1939. And when we did a previous series on the science fiction vision, we saw that the golden age of science fiction is scheduled to begin in 1939 with the magazine, Astounding. Astounding Stories become Astounding Science Fiction later on in the 1960's, with yet another recalibration, this time a devolution to Astounding change its name to Analogue as in this is the way to compute. But analog is not digital and so, it was a plunge into decay rather than a true recalibration or revision or refinement. Usually and in the science fiction vision, we presented that A.E. van Vogt's initial short novel Black Destroyer, published with the cover story in July of 1939, is the beginning of the golden age. And eventually that was the first installment of what became The Voyage of the Space Beagle of Charles Darwin's five-year Voyage of the Beagle discovering the basics of evolution. One of the great triumphs in human history. This was the voyage of the space beagle of a spherical, massive starship with 1000 people. A millennial number of scientists and crew on board that was making the first journey from our galaxy to the next galaxy, Andromeda. 2.2 million light years away. So that the reach in July of 1939 was that published was that we are on the verge of a, not just a quantum jump, but of a cosmic refinement in capacity. While van Vogt was writing Black Destroyer writing the first beginnings the seed novelette of The Voyage of the Space Beagle, a British science fiction writer who had never published before. Van Vogt was Canadian. He had never published before except in romance magazines and various little writing jobs. But the British writer was Eric Frank Russell, who we talked about two weeks ago. And next week we'll come in much stronger. The British science fiction vision began to refine itself when H.G. Wells published The Time Machine. But had been prepared some 80 years before by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein in 1816. So that in 2016 it will be the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, the original. My wife is, in her genius and excellence has done magnificent representation on a very high, complex level in her creative writing Frankenstein prophecy. Excellent and ethical. But close to Eric Frank Russell was Olaf Stapledon in London. And Stapledon had written a number of science fiction classics. One of them was called Odd John, about a mutant who had an IQ of 2 million. And who clustered potential human beings to refine to that level of intelligence on an island out in the oceans. And Eric Frank Russell just two months before van Vogt's Black Destroyer was published in Astounding. His editor John W Campbell Jr had received the one of the most astonishing stories that he had ever read. And he had read many as the editor and as a great writer himself all during the thirties. And it was by Eric Frank Russell. But it was so super astounding that he talked his publishers into starting a new magazine beyond astounding and it was called Unknown. And the very first issue of Unknown in May of 1939, two months before van Vogt. The cover of the first issue of Unknown was from Eric Frank Russell's story. And its title was Sinister Barrier. In 1948, the Fantasy Press in Reading, Pennsylvania, published the first edition in hardcover of Sinister Barrier. It has four illustrations inside and these are the titles of the four illustrations. Iridescent blue closed upon him and formed a satanic nimbus behind his head. The second illustration, an awful pillar that reached to the very floors of heaven. And the third, others crept or slunk through the alleys and the shadows. And the fourth, a thousand hands seemed to be reaching for him at once. It was about the science fiction prophetic visioning. Like a Mary Shelley, prophetic visioning. Like H.G. Wells, prophetic visioning. Like an Olaf Staples…Stapledon, Stapledon's poetic visioning. That something has got a hold of humanity. And is encroaching to such an extent that we are and have been in jeopardy. Now, Eric Frank Russell was what was called a Fortean. He was an advocate of the writings of Charles Fort, who accumulated all of the peculiar, rare, unusual, mysterious stories of happenings concerning ourselves and of nature and of the Earth. And he published them as, he they were published as The Writings of Charles Fort. When Russell, Eric Frank Russell was ready to write a quantum deepening of what had happened, that it's not just a sinister barrier out there and threatening haunting individuals here, but that something had matured from 1939 to when this story was first published in 1951. It was not published in Astounding. It was published because it was so outrageous in one of the pulp magazines of the time, and it was called The Star Watchers. But when it was published in hardcover, it was called Sentinels from Space. And you can see on the cover the male and female pair that tune the incredible threat that has occurred. Not simply the haunting-ness of spherical beings able to inhabit the shadows and alleys and all of the capacities of the world in which we live, but now had become pairs of male and female human beings and sentinels of space. Here's a brief description. We're in a jam, the director said. He glanced at Raven's silver flecked eyes feeling the power in them. Old Mother Earth is aged, senile, thick witted and hopelessly out of touch with the facts of life. All she's got left in her last dying kick is that kick. You go and shoot her full of life. David Raven was the man to do it as space captain and Mars pilot, he was no ordinary man. Not for that matter, was his constant companion, Lena. Big and cumbersome, but very beautiful he had finally been found by Director Carson of the Turin Security Bureau after a long and painstaking search of the world. And had announced him, told him, the World Council had summoned him. The World, New World Order Council had summoned him. And could offer him no badge. No decoration. No special status. And gave him his orders, stop a war. This was a strange one. The Earth spawned colonies of Mars and Venus were impatiently striking for their independence while pretending friendship. The conflict between worlds was getting bloodier and it had to be stopped without creating hatreds. Without turning brothers into aliens. The opposition was something special. Years of searing exposure to certain radiation had changed the colonies. 12 distinct types of mutants had evolved, maybe more. And each had an extra special power, nominally and according to law, the director said they're all samples of Homo sapiens. But in grim fact, they're homo something else. Their mutation through alien radioactivity had made a forced differentiation of our whole species at war with Homo sapiens. The old, tired Earth based life forms who thought that they were running things. This cover with the pair is imitated by the designers of this cover. This is the television show that ran for several seasons called Roswell. And this is the final chapter, season three. And here is a pair of pairs, very much like the cover of Sentinels from Space. The original second series cover shows three. It shows two men and a girl. This one shows a pair. Pair of pairs. A kind of a symmetry. The quality of the science fiction vision had honed itself in the golden age to being truly prophetic on the level of major prophets like Isaiah and Jeremiah and the author of the Book of Daniel. And all of the other ancient Semitic Hebrew language prophets who came into play at the time of the millennium of 1000 B.C. And in 1000 B.C., the first of the prophetic line was named Samuel. And Samuel was a very special birth. His mother sensed that she had been filled with a divine inspiration that she would have a son, but that that son would need to be born into very special circumstances. He needed to be devoted to the service of the presence of the Lord before he was born and all during his life. And so, Samuel was born on Mount Gerizim, which is the original place of the arrival of Abraham and his whole entourage into the Holy Land. And the original arrival that confirmed to him that he had found indeed the Promised Land and had arrived is Mount Gerizim. And across a valley cut by a stream was another twin mount. And that twin mount was the sacred mountain of the old Canaanite Gods, especially devoted to Baal. B-a-a-l. Baal was the chief Phoenician God. And Mount Gerizim became the Lord of the Promised Land Covenant with Abraham and his descendants that became Judaism. And so, the original Palestine and the original Israel are separated by a pass with a stream. And the stream actually has a source from a well. And that well flows out and is part of a watershed that goes to the Mediterranean and also goes to water of the plain before it. This is Jacob's well. The grandson of Abraham. The founder of the twelve sons that became the twelve tribes of Judaism. What is important is that Jacob had a wife named Rachel. And while Jacob's well is down below Mount Gerizim and incidentally, also of Mount Baal. Rachel's well is outside of Bethlehem. Within sight just a few miles away of the Mount of Jerusalem. The highest point is Temple Mount where the original temple was covenanted in 1000 B.C. by King David. Who assembled a lot of the material but in a prophetic vision was told by a prophet, Nathan, you have transgressed in some basic way the covenant presence before the Lord, your God. And while you are made King and you were made King by Samuel the prophet, not on your own accord, but on the bona fides of Samuel. Who because he was consecrated in the womb to serve in the presence of the Lord God. He was called a Nazarite. Consecrated in the womb before the womb, consecrated at conception. And so, a Nazarite, the first Nazarite was the Prophet Samuel. And one of his inheritors became the prophet, Nathan. Young, who learned from Samuel. And Nathan told King David; you may not build his temple. But one of your sons by Bathsheba named Solomon, he is in the presence before the Lord your God. And he will be able to build this temple. Your city, the city of David is on the slopes of the Mount. Also visible from Rachel's well outside of Bethlehem. But overshadowed and dwarfed by the massiveness of Temple Mount that really is the apex. And so, Solomon is chosen to be the temple builder. While old David published his Psalms, Solomon published his Proverbs. But linking the Psalms and the Proverbs together. Linking David's courageous, King David's courageousness, and his poetic genius and writing the Royal Psalms with Solomon, whose proverbs begin, I was devoted to wisdom when I was a young man, and I've been devoted to her all my life. The link between the Psalms and the Proverbs between King David and Solomon is by the Queen of Sheba. The black African Queen from Sheba, which is at the time not just where Ethiopia is but also, Yemen across the strait there. And so, Sheba was what we today known as human and as of Somalia, Ethiopia. Her Song of Songs written for her, the great love of her life Solomon, King Solomon. The Song of Solomon sometimes, but it's The Song of Songs in that it is The Psalm of Psalms. It is about the way in which there is nothing alien in the way in which men and women pair in gender, because it's the way in the universe of how there is a birthing capacity on the cellular level and multicellular level of life forms. They simply do this. They have to have a way of fertilizing, which involves an exchange. And it's that exchange that comes into a birthing. And that exchange can be an exchange of spirits where there's not a physical birthing. There can be gender pairing in the sense not to produce children, nor even just men and women. Can be two women. Can be two men. The ex, it can be between persons and animals and persons and plants. Trees, especially. Certain flowers especially, etc., etc. So that the birthing of life in this exchange of love has the quality of bringing dimensionality out of its circular cycle into the dynamic of spiraling in chiral pairs, which accords with the way in which a magnetic field will operate. Spiraling its way around the dynamic of a linearity of an electrical polarity charge in its current. And as it turns from charge to current, the polarity of the charges become interchanged so that one has an electromagnetic spectrum of energy. And what carries it is life, the photon. We're going to take a little break, but we are trying to understand something that is so deeply real, massively meaningful but difficult to understand if we are not able to access further dimensions than simply a circular cycle of space-time. Let's take a little break. END OF SIDE ONE Let's come back. And we're balancing two related, very complex dilemmas and involvements. On one hand the quality of understanding ourselves, not just ourselves individually, or even ourselves as some group of whatever size, kind. Ourselves as the species that we are, Homo sapiens sapiens. The second is that we are involved, apparently, in transformations that sometimes are a major. And that there is a pattern of frequency pacing of that pattern. Of not just a renewal, as in a cycle but as an accumulation of energy, as in a spiraling. And the spiraling can be a spiraling out along with a spiraling in. Or it can be a pair of spirals like a double helix. The quality of life as a chiral double helix. The quality of love is a double spiraling that one comes to one's presence within and one comes to inhabit presence. Not without so much, but presence which is both out there and in here. So that one of the ancient terms in prophetic visionary language, especially of the ancient Semitic language. Which is one of the original, highly literate languages in the world by 4400 years ago. Using cuneiform North Semitic language. In the hands of Enheduanna was enormously sophisticated and served as a model of great depth of writing for more than 500, 6-700 years after she had passed on. And her father, Sargon of Akkad, who became this incredible visionary leader of. A new kind of a reference wave. By about 2350 B.C. was a reference wave for this next time form of the carrier wave. In 2000 B.C. And the relationship is that Sargon of Akkad, 2350 B.C., the father of Enheduanna and of the next couple of kings of the Akkad dynasty that lasted five generations. That 2350 B.C. reference wave for the carrier wave of 2000 B.C. is roughly when Abraham was born. And at the same time, Zarathustra was born. So, that the carrier wave that then for the next 2000 years became an incredible inheritance of further dimensions to nature had its reference wave there with Sargon of Akkad. And still reverberated because around 750 B.C., a new Assyrian dictator styled himself as Sargon the second. And was out to tyrannize especially anyone who was adhering to a new vision that was there in that millennial 1000 B.C. And so, the target of Sargon the second, the Assyrian dictator, he had a severe hawk like face. We have engravings of him from sculptures of him. Unlike the royal calm, manly beauty of Sargon, whose likeness we also have because we have a life mask of him. Which unfortunately the original was stolen from the Baghdad Museum in the chaos after the American pullout. The prophet of Judaism at the time of Sargon the second was Isaiah. And Isaiah said the decimation of the Northern Israelites of Israel is due to the fact that the Kingdom that Solomon inherited from his father, King David, had split apart with the death of Solomon into a North and South. Into Judea, in the South and into Israel in the North. And it's about the same as we see today of Israel being in one section and Palestine in the other section. And they are divided, especially because Jerusalem is divided exactly still now because of then there. So that the deep fractures in civilization are due to fractured time forms that have never been, to use an alchemical term, annealed. How do you anneal in alchemy? You recalibrate by taking the polarity back to its source. Back to its infinite eternal source and letting it re-emerge originally with a fresh dynamic, a fresh energy, a fresh time form. And this has not happened for very long time. Three very formative triad of significant Americans roughly about the same time went through a double transform that staggered them. And right in the middle of that staggering was World War Two. And the immediate consequences and the immediate presages before it. One was General George C. Marshall, another was Vannevar Bush, and another was J. Robert Oppenheimer. Those three constellated around the genius of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, FDR. It's important to understand that General George C. Marshall was born in 1880. He lived until 1959. He's shown here. This is General George C. Marshall, chief of Staff, United States Army, 1941. He was one of the great organizers and reorganizers of the military. Of the American military. He is on a horse because his, his ancestry, his ancestry and as an army reorganizer expert came right at the beginning of mechanization when they still had big artillery towed by horses in World War One. He was the creative adjutant, chief adjutant, to the American general who ran the American forces in World War One, General John J. Pershing. He was blunt. He was often called by those who carefully, yet lovingly adored him. He was called Blackjack Pershing. One of his ancestors is a man who realized and recognized the effectiveness of Blackjack Pershing. And that was George S. Patton in charge of the tanks. Pershing was in charge of the men in that blunt way. Patton was in charge of the tanks in that blunt way. And the men had to come along and learn this is a mechanized war in World War Two, and we're not going to end up in the trench warfare of World War One where human beings are slaughtered indefinitely years on end. We're going to bring it to a close because we have a military might, which is technical, mechanical, and we're able to handle it. The boss of all of the armed forces, the Army, which included the Air Force yet to be at that time was George C. Marshall. This is him riding in a beautiful parade. He's riding in New York. And the next year, instead of looking beautifully like George C. Marshall, the executive General of the armies, this is him in early 1942. He is startled almost to terror because he had seen something that staggered his imagination, that outpaced his capacity to even begin to understand what to do. He was assigned to investigate it happening here in Los Angeles. In early February of 1942. Because Los Angeles being on the Pacific coast, a number one target for the Japanese military who already had just bombed months before Pearl Harbor. Just a few months before. And we're aiming to deliver the knockout punch to American courage, and that is to attack the West Coast. Let's attack Los Angeles. Because in 1942 it was the center of aircraft production. And air power was quickly being recognized as being so superior to tanks, as tanks were superior to horses and horse drawn artillery. So huge batteries of anti-aircraft guns were set up all through Los Angeles and huge searchlights and the employment of radar, which had just been for the first time, developed enough to really pick up air traffic and focus on it. And they detected an incursion of fast flying aircraft coming into Los Angeles. And they opened up a barrage with scores and scores of anti-aircraft guns of huge searchlights that reached up and spotted objects in the air. And they had come in at incredible speeds. No one knew who, what kind of aircraft can come this quickly. And for over an hour that barrage went on. And two were shot down of those aircraft. One fell into the ocean in the waters off Los Angeles. Out near one of the Santa Barbara Islands and was picked up by the Navy. The other skidded down and came into the hills outside of San Bernardino. George C Marshall was assigned to go and inspect what was shot down. About mid-February 1942, when he found and wrote a memo to his boss, the president. Franklin D. Roosevelt. He said, they are not of earthly origin. They are of a technology that is completely beyond us. The naval one that was shot down was kept by the jealous Navy. Well, we're not turning this over to the general of the Army. This is a Navy affair. This is what George C. Marshall looked like when he sent the memo to FDR that we have shot down really alien aircraft technology. That technology resulted in Marshall and Roosevelt putting their heads together immediately and doing things in a very quick way. We're at war not only with Japan, but with Germany. We're in a world war. We have to do things now. Marshall was one of the great coordinators in world history. When he inherited the position in the 1930's, right after Roosevelt chose him to be the new organizer like he had been for Pershing in World War One. I want you to reorganize the Army. Marshall found that it composed 189,000 men, and they were poorly trained. They were not battle hardened. They had no idea of advanced techniques of military outfitting. And in just years, General George C. Marshall turned that into a fighting army of over 8 million men and the equipment to go with it. So, you have to understand that we're talking about an almost superhuman situation. A superhuman response. A superhuman need for a vision that was all of a sudden more than just a world war. Are we involved in a War of the Worlds? What is going on? What can happen? So, in a few days, Marshall suggested to Roosevelt to form a new unit, a secret unit, a top-secret unit within the Army, within the military. Now it, its initials are IPU, Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit. That obviously they can be shot down and we have to have some kind of a central place where we can take them. We have to have a place that's inconspicuous. It's not in any kind of a West Coast or East Coast. Or Chicago, kind of really mega urban center. So, they chose Dayton, Ohio. They chose the air base there. And they use what used to be called Building 18 and later became infamous as Hangar 18. Where all incoming retrieved alien craft and technology were sent and that the bodies and so forth had to be accumulated and examined. And who knew what was going to come out of this? At the same time Vannevar Bush, who was born in 1890, about 18 years the junior of George Marshall, realized that he had a genius as a child in making things. But he had an even deeper, wider, better genius. And being able to see the potential in something that was made but could be developed further. And so, Vannevar Bush grew up being this kind of organizing and genius inventor, but super organizing engineer of an advancement of that into a technology. And quickly rose like George C. Marshall had quickly rose to be in positions of capability. Vannevar Bush, 1892 to 1974. For his master's thesis, Bush invented and patented a profile tracer. A mapping device for assisting surveyors. It was the first of a string of inventions. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at MIT in 1919. He was there until 1922. And starting in 1927, Bush constructed a differential analyzer, an analog computer with some digital components that could solve differential equations. Not just mechanically, but also with an electronic interface to not just solve differential equations. But when one of his genius helpers showed that, well, you could solve second order differential equations as well, Vannevar Bush took it to 18 different variables at the same time and built a supercomputer. For which he was awarded the Franklin Medal in 1928. So, when you talk about computers being invented, the power of computers through Vannevar Bush was organized in the late 1920's. We're talking about a recalibration of understanding what has happened as the new past and what is in a continuity with it if one presences. Not looking at now as the arbiter pivot but presencing in the continuity because the future already is in that current of continuity. That's how prophecy works. What do you think? That's how artists work. He became president of MIT and dean of the School of Engineering in 1932. He was 42 years old. And president of the Carnegie Institution in Washington in 1938. And through the Carnegie Institute, one of the outlying things of the Carnegie Institute was that it ran an animal research laboratory on Long Island. And its central building was called Animal House. It was on a little bay off Long Island Sound called Cold Spring Harbor Bay. And in reorganizing in the 1942 melee of George C. Scott and FDR and the IPU and all of a sudden here's Vannevar Bush in charge of the Carnegie Institute. And one of the things is he's got to use his genius quickly to reorganize the Carnegie Institute itself and all of its outliers. And he appointed a new director of the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. And the man was saying, I don't want to just have animals. I want to have plants as well. We want to investigate these life forms because they're related. You can't separate animals from plants and then understand what's going on in life forms. And this goes together. And I have a number one researcher in plants that I want to not only hire. I want to have her live here and help me run this place. And Vannevar Bush said, all right, we'll make an appointment for her. She gets 15 minutes on such and such a day, at such and such an hour center in. And she was sent in. Her name was Barbara McClintock. She was doing work for decades already in trying to understand the genetic patterns in corn. Maize. Indian corn to most people. 15 minutes turned into several hours, and Vannevar Bush recognized that Barbara McClintock was an extraordinary person. An incredible woman. And one of the great scientists. He could recognize right away that she had the capacities she was going to do the work, and the work was going to, as it finally did when her a Nobel Prize. She's the one who discovered that the operative transform in DNA eventually, as it came to be understood. Because Cold Spring Harbor became Cold Spring Harbor lab. And the inheritor of the directorship of that lab went to one of the co discovers of the structure of the double helix, James D. Watson. D for Dewey. James Dewey Watson. And eventually they changed the name of Animal House building to McClintock Labs. And McClintock Labs still has there outside one of her original Maize Gardens in commemoration for her not only winning the Nobel Prize, but for her excellence. And at the dynamic thrust of her excellence was the discovery that there are in the structure of DNA, what she called transposons. They are the triggers that make mutations happen in such a way that the array of the mutations will not be just difference, different differentiation, but will be differentials. They will have a proportionate ratioing and relationship which is recalculable either from the numerator or the denominator. And that this then changes the equation. It isn't just an equation, A equals A. Two equals one plus one. Two can also be written two over one. Or it's pair one over two. It's double or half. The proportioning, the ratioing is what is really rational in thought. If you can't have a proportionate ratio going, you don't, you cannot escape the equal sign, and you're left at the tautology of identification which finally resolves itself in the only possible ultimate resolution that is possible and that is identity. Yeah, A equals A, and what's the result of that really? A. That the ultimate limitation of a mental structure based on four dimensions is to use identification to the point to where you have only identity left. And so, the recursive quality is who is who's understanding who's doing this? Oh well, I am. My I. my oneness. I. My identity is inquiring, and this is what the equation shows. They show finally, ultimately. It's me. This is the basis of the ego. It is a breakdown because the only possible deeper threat is the vanishing of the I-ness. Oh, I'm going to lose my identity. I better, I better watch these equations and make sure that that that's not possible. That doesn't happen. So that the quality that goes there into genetic development finally comes to understand that there is a third expression that operates through the matrix of the transposon patterning. So that the variation is not just variation, but that there are mutations that are advances in refinement of species. And occasionally there is a new species. But mainly the differential will be different species. We know now, for instance, that in plant genetics that one can come very easily to numbering all the species, for instance, of orchids. There are more than 25,000 species of orchids. And their transposon rate of refinement goes up given the environment that they're in. The normal pattern throughout a plant history is about 5%, but it can be raised. And the highest it can be raised is when orchids learned to find themselves through transposons, to be able to have roots that are not in the ground but are just in the air on trees in tropical environments where there is a coast nearby. And you have heavy fogs, and the roots can get their water, their moisture through the fog, through the air that can grow on air. And make beautiful, beautiful blossoms. There are people who can live in a vacuum of zero or infinity field. And they have beautiful blossoms. And what was not apparent to Vannevar Bush or to George C. Marshall or even to FDR. Came very close and J. Robert Oppenheimer to be recognizable. And what devastated him and prepared him for that was the oblivion of matter by splitting the atom on the day of Trinity in New Mexico. Out in the White Sands proving ground now called the White Sands Missile Range no less. And that atomic bomb evaporated the confidence of J. Robert Oppenheimer. And he realized that weapons, science, were close to getting out of hand. Two years later when a UFO pair, again, crashed in New Mexico. One near Roswell. The other up in more northern New Mexico. It used to be not very specific. And then finally, in Ryan Woods, Majic Eyes Only Earth Encounters with Extraterrestrial Technology. He published the photographs of this second site called LZ2. It's within a stone's throw of the first atomic bomb site, the Trinity site. And head of the scientists that were brought not from Albuquerque or Socorro or Sandia. They were brought from Los Alamos. And the head of that deputation was Oppenheimer. And when they saw what Marshall saw five years before, they saw that we are out classed. Outgunned. By who knows how many millennia or who even knows if we're in millennia anymore. More next week. END OF RECORDING
